What does a Pitch Advisor do?

This is the latest Job Description from the Cheshire County Board –

CPA-Job-Description

The Cheshire PAs are happy to talk to you and will visit your club to give advice. You can also ask them to do detailed pitch inspections and formal reports including soil samples

Pitch Advisory Service

Cost

Site Visit – On-site inspection by a CPA and a simple, written report covering areas of concern

£100

Performance Quality Standard (PQS) Report – Short Version with simple recommendations

£150

Performance Quality Standard (PQS) Report – Full Version – Comprehensive technical assessment of square or outfield – detailed

£250

Follow-up visit – negotiated by CPA if necessary

£50-100

Other Costs – Mileage(45p per mile) and soil analysis to be advised by CPA as appropriate
